Privacy Policy

Information stored on your device

Graduel uses Apple’s SwiftData framework with CloudKit disabled. Its working data stays in the app’s private local database and is not automatically transmitted to Yuhar.studio.

• An optional name and onboarding state
• Focus titles, whether each is something to add or skip, selected days or situation text, reminder overrides, and lifecycle dates
• Check-in outcomes, dates, and optional notes
• Progression events, stable-Focus count, and current capacity
• Reminder preferences and local trial or lifetime-access dates where used

Information we receive

Graduel does not send your name, Focuses, check-ins, notes, or progress to Yuhar.studio. We receive information only if you contact support or otherwise choose to send it to us. A support email can include your email address, the name shown by your email service, and anything you voluntarily include. We use that information to respond to and manage your request.

Apple services and purchases

Graduel uses Apple StoreKit to load the localized lifetime-purchase price, process the purchase, restore it, and confirm current entitlement. Apple processes payment through the App Store. Yuhar.studio does not receive your complete payment-card details, and Graduel does not send transaction identifiers or receipts to a Yuhar.studio server.

Apple handles information needed to provide the App Store and StoreKit under Apple’s own privacy terms and platform safeguards.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Graduel stores your reminder preference locally and asks iOS to schedule repeating notifications on the selected days. These are local notifications. Graduel does not register for remote push notifications, and Yuhar.studio does not receive a push token.

Notification text includes the Focus title and may be visible on your lock screen according to your iOS notification-preview settings.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

Graduel contains no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK, advertising SDK, or tracking technology. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and deletion

Graduel’s local records remain on your device while the app is installed. The current app does not provide a single in-app control that deletes every record. Removing Graduel deletes its active local app storage. Normal device backups managed by you or Apple may retain an earlier copy according to the backup service’s settings and retention practices.

Because Yuhar.studio does not possess your local records, there is no remote copy for us to delete. Removing local data does not erase Apple’s record of an App Store purchase.

We retain support correspondence only as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or satisfy legal obligations.

Your choices and controls

• Your name is optional and can be changed in Graduel Settings.
• Turn reminders off in Graduel or notifications off in iOS Settings.
• Remove Graduel to delete its active local app storage, subject to any device backups you control.
• Restore a lifetime purchase from Graduel Settings using the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Children’s privacy

Graduel is a general-audience app and is not directed to children. Yuhar.studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the limited information we handle. No method of storage or communication is completely secure, so please avoid including sensitive information in support messages unless it is necessary for us to help you.

Changes to this policy

If the app’s features or data practices change, we will update this policy at this same URL and revise the effective date above.
