Privacy Policy

Information stored on your device

Elimii uses Apple’s SwiftData framework to keep its working data in the app’s private local database. This local use is not the same as Yuhar.studio collecting the information, and the app does not automatically transmit it to us.

• Challenges, including names, notes, dates, goals, weight values, and optional body-fat values
• Items and Elimiis, including impact choices, schedules, activity state, and history
• Weight entries, dates, optional body-fat values, and notes
• Streaks, streak-break reasons, progress, and achievements
• Units, appearance, onboarding state, reminder settings, and a local cache of App Store access status

Information we receive

Elimii does not send your in-app records to Yuhar.studio. We receive information only if you contact support or otherwise choose to send it to us. A support email can include your email address, the name shown by your email service, and anything you voluntarily include, such as a description or screenshot. We use that information to respond to and manage your request.

Apple services and purchases

Elimii uses Apple StoreKit to show subscription information, determine introductory-offer eligibility, process purchases and restores, and confirm current access. Purchases and billing are processed by Apple through the App Store. Yuhar.studio does not receive your complete payment-card details, and Elimii does not send transaction identifiers or receipts to a Yuhar.studio server.

Apple handles information needed to provide the App Store and StoreKit under Apple’s own privacy terms and platform safeguards.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Elimii stores your reminder time, time zone, authorization state, and related preference locally. iOS schedules and delivers these notifications on your device. Elimii does not register for remote push notifications, and Yuhar.studio does not receive a push token.

Exports and sharing

You can create a JSON backup of your Elimii data and choose where to save it. You can also share achievement text through the standard iOS share sheet. Elimii creates these items locally; Yuhar.studio does not automatically receive them. The destination you choose—such as Files, iCloud Drive, Mail, Messages, or another installed service—handles the information under its own privacy practices.

Imported backups are read from the file you select and restored to Elimii’s local database. They are not uploaded to Yuhar.studio.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

Elimii contains no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK, advertising SDK, or tracking technology. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you delete records, choose Settings → Your data → Delete Local Data, import a replacement backup, or remove the app. Delete Local Data removes Challenges, Items, Elimiis, weights, streaks, streak breaks, and achievements and resets the app’s product preferences. It does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Because Yuhar.studio does not possess your local records, there is no remote copy for us to delete. Files you exported remain wherever you chose to save or send them until you delete them there. Normal device backups managed by you or Apple may retain an earlier copy according to the backup service’s settings and retention practices.

We retain support correspondence only as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or satisfy legal obligations.

Your choices and controls

• Turn notifications off in Elimii or in iOS Settings.
• Export a backup before deleting or reinstalling if you want to keep your local data.
• Delete individual records where the app provides that control, or use Delete Local Data for the app’s product records.
• Manage or cancel a subscription in Elimii’s subscription screen or your Apple Account settings.

Children’s privacy

Elimii is a general-audience app and is not directed to children. Yuhar.studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the limited information we handle. No method of storage or communication is completely secure, so please avoid including sensitive information in support messages unless it is necessary for us to help you.

Changes to this policy

If the app’s features or data practices change, we will update this policy at this same URL and revise the effective date above.
